Position Summary

The Client Services Operations Associate is responsible for preparing standard and custom client and firm reporting, and managing operational activities related to the reporting system and client portal. This role requires a solid understanding of the asset management business, collaboration with a variety of departments, and excellent organizational skills

Essential Duties
    Prepare and deliver standard monthly and quarterly reporting to all investors
  • Research and resolve all exceptions related to standard client reports
  • Collaborate with internal business partners at all levels on client reporting issues, enhancements and custom reporting
  • Populate and maintain secure client online portal
  • Collaborate with IT on client reporting and client portal development
  • Liaise with other departments (Client Services, Marketing, Operations, Performance Attribution, Legal) to support client requirements and assist in providing information related to client inquiries
  • Prepare a variety of internal reports for broad distribution across the firm
  • Identify ways of creating efficiencies/improving processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Prior experience working in financial services (internship experience will be considered)
  • Working knowledge and understanding of capital markets
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

Estimated Compensation:

Base Salary: For CA and NY based position, the base salary range is $80k - $97k. This is an anticipated range only.

Other Compensation: Eligible to be considered for an annual discretionary bonus

Benefits: Eligible for TCW's comprehensive benefits package.

This role requires candidates to work from a TCW office a minimum of four days a week. Flexibility for remote work is offered on one day, depending on business needs.
