Location: Northern or Southern California (Remote + Travel)

The Senior Sales Director is a strategic sales leader responsible for driving new business growth in the corporate dining sector across California. This role owns the full sales lifecycle - from pipeline development and executive engagement to solution design and closing.

You will act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, helping them elevate workplace dining and hospitality experiences through innovative, high-impact solutions. This individual contributor role requires strong executive presence, a consultative approach, and a proven ability to close complex deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Develop and execute a regional sales strategy targeting corporate dining and workplace hospitality opportunities
  • Build Pipeline: Identify, engage, and convert new business through proactive outreach, networking, and industry presence
  • Lead Executive Sales: Conduct discovery and solution conversations with C-suite and senior stakeholders
