Job Description Operations Onboarding Analyst Location: Salt Lake City, UT Pay Rate: $23/hour Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Onboarding Analyst to support the onboarding of new Private Wealth Management (PWM) clients within a highly regulated environment. This role focuses on client documentation, data integrity, regulatory due diligence, and account setup while partnering with PWM Advisors, Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities Review client account structures and required documentation to establish new accounts.

Perform due diligence and client screening in support of AML and KYC requirements. Partner with PWM Advisor teams to ensure client documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered timely. Request and establish products and services such as options, margin, checking, debit cards, and cash products.

Ensure downstream systems accurately reflect approved products and services. Research and resolve onboarding issues in partnership with PWM, Compliance, Legal, and AML teams. Maintain data integrity and adherence to regulatory and firm requirements.

Identify opportunities to improve account-opening workflows and processes. Manage multiple onboarding activities while maintaining strong client service and attention to detail. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and web-based applications. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong client service and expectation-management skills. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of financial services experience, particularly in AML, Compliance, Client Onboarding, or Regulatory Operations. Series 7, 9, 10, or 4 licenses. Foreign language skills.

Knowledge of Private Wealth Management operations and account-opening processes.
