Inside Sales Agreement
Konecranes

Konecranes is looking for a person to fill their Inside Sales Agreement position. This position primarily handles quoting Inspection Repairs and Parts opportunities. In this position you will be responsible for researching parts pricing; both with internal resources and external vendors. Commercial parts research will also be required. Maintaining strong communication will be key in an effort with the Inside Sales Representative to produce accurate quotes for a timely delivery to the customer. Prospecting calls and answering incoming customer call will be secondary job tasks to be performed by the Sales Support individual. An individual in this position will need to be an effective communicator, team player, and someone ready to take direct ownership of their personal development.   • $50,000 non-negotiable Base
  • OTE: $80,000-$90,000

Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree preferred
  • Past work experience within industrial service sales is preferred.
  • Must have a basic understanding of mechanical, electrical and machinery principals and be willing to work hands on with the service branches.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Good verbal, written, computer, and customer service skills are a must.


Principal Responsibilities Include:

  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets within an assigned territory.
  • Proactively identify and generate new business leads through market research, outbound prospecting, and networking efforts
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, articulate the value proposition of our agreement and inspection services, and address inquiries.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and lead negotiations.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure new business agreements.
  • Create compelling and customized proposals that highlight the unique value of our services to meet the specific needs of potential clients.
  • Maintain a well-organized and dynamic sales funnel/pipeline, account and contact information, tracking leads through various stages of the sales process and ensuring timely follow-up within our CRM software
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and client services, to ensure a coordinated approach to client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to strategically position our services for success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry best practices, and sales techniques to continuously enhance skills and effectiveness.
