YOUR TEAM
Within the Business Operations Services (BOS) organization, the Client Experience team is focused on making it easier for clients to do business with BlackRock through a service model that simplifies client interactions and enhances outcomes. The organization operates across Portfolio Services, Reporting & Accounting Services, and Product Governance, bringing together operational excellence, reporting expertise, and strong controls to support clients globally.
The Reporting Solutions team delivers high-touch reporting services to some of the most customized clients in the AMRS region. Using a client-first approach, the team manages the end-to-end production of reporting packages and partners across the firm to deliver accurate, timely, and impactful reporting solutions.
YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT
As a Reporting Solutions Associate, you will help deliver reporting and data solutions that enable clients to make informed decisions and achieve their objectives. You will collaborate with colleagues across the firm to ensure the timely delivery of client reporting, identify opportunities to improve processes, and support innovation through automation, technology, and data-driven insights. This role offers the opportunity to build deep knowledge of investment reporting, client service, operational excellence, and emerging technologies while contributing to a highly collaborative team environment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The scope of this role also includes the following responsibilities:
  • Analyze client requirements and reporting needs to deliver accurate, timely reports while identifying opportunities to enhance reporting quality and client experience.
  • Develop an understanding of client, market, and fund data flows across BlackRock and external data providers to support reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Manage the timely and accurate distribution of reporting deliverables and proactively communicate potential issues or delays to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Evaluate systems, processes, and procedures to identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable improvements that enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.
  • Leverage reporting technologies and Excel-based solutions to support customized client reporting and drive process improvements.
  • Contribute to projects and strategic initiatives focused on automation, standardization, and the continued evolution of reporting capabilities.
  • Promote a strong risk and control culture by identifying risks, supporting effective controls, and escalating issues when appropriate.

YOUR EXPERIENCE
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros; VBA experience is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in investment products, reporting, client communications, client onboarding, or data visualization within a financial services environment.
  • Curiosity and interest in understanding data flows and the interaction of systems and applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment while demonstrating initiative and independent learning.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to document conclusions and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Strong client-service orientation and professionalism when working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information and develop practical solutions.

For Wilmington, DE Only the salary range for this position is USD$85,000.00 - USD$117,500.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
