Job description

We are looking for our new Marketing Manager! We use the power of digital signage to help businesses connect and captivate their audiences. Our culture is genuinely supportive and driven by the core values of ACTION: Aligned, Committed, Transparent, Inspirational, Ownership, and Navigate. We are looking for people who are ready to own their impact and grow their careers. We need a hands-on Marketing Manager who judges their success by one question: "Did it move the number?" If you are obsessed with turning B2B marketing into a measurable pipeline and revenue, we want you on our team. In this role, you will run our playbook by executing B2B campaigns end-to-end, including whitepapers, case studies, and emails, to generate a qualified pipeline. You will track deals created and pipeline dollars in HubSpot, measuring actual revenue rather than just impressions. Additionally, you will master paid ads by managing paid distribution on LinkedIn, which includes targeting, budgeting, and creative testing. You will also partner with sales to enforce "speed to lead," ensuring every inbound lead gets a same-day first touch. Beyond digital campaigns, you will create experiences by planning and executing trade shows, company events, and flawless client visits to our office experience centers. Protecting the brand is crucial, so you must keep a maniacal eye on details and catch spelling errors before they ever ship. To succeed, you need 3 to 5 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience tied directly to revenue, an execution-first mindset with stellar writing skills, and pro-level skills in HubSpot workflows, dashboards, and reporting. You must also have proven success running paid LinkedIn and/or Meta campaigns, alongside experience planning B2B trade shows and hosting clients. In return for your hard work, we offer comprehensive perks including health, dental, and vision insurance, along with company contributions toward your monthly health premiums. You will receive paid time off (PTO), six paid holidays, and company-paid basic life and disability insurance. Additionally, we provide a 401(k) match up to 5%, a discounted corporate gym membership, wellness programs, and more.Revel Media Group is a tobacco-free employer, and all new hires must submit to a drug and background check.
