What you'll own
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of strategic payments clients, building trusted partnerships and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Develop and execute account strategies that support client retention, satisfaction, and long-term growth.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring customer needs are effectively communicated and addressed.
  • Build relationships across client organizations, including operational, financial, and executive leadership teams.
  • Provide consultative guidance on payment solutions, industry trends, and best practices to help clients achieve their business objectives.
  • Partner with Product, Operations, Risk, Technology, and Support teams to deliver client-focused solutions and resolve complex issues.
  • Monitor account health, identify risks and opportunities, and develop action plans to enhance client outcomes.
  • Lead business reviews, client meetings, and executive engagements to strengthen partnerships and align on strategic priorities.
  • Maintain accurate account records, forecasts, and portfolio insights to support effective business planning.
  • Gather and advocate for customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in products, services, and client experience.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
