What you'll own
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth across a portfolio of airline, travel and cruise clients by identifying opportunities and expanding strategic partnerships.

  • Create opportunities for expansion, strengthen retention, influence executive stakeholders through solutioning innovative payment experiences that deliver measurable business impact

  • Build trusted relationships with operational leaders and C-suite stakeholders, strengthening client loyalty and positioning Global Payments as a long-term strategic partner

  • Shape and execute account strategies that align client business objectives with payment technology solutions, creating mutual growth and long-term value.

  • Lead high-impact commercial conversations and negotiations that deliver successful outcomes for clients and Global Payments.

  • Strengthen retention and account stability by proactively identifying risks, developing action plans,and driving positive client outcomes.

What you'll bring
  • Extensive experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or Sales professional within FinTech, payments, or financial services.

  • At least 10 years of experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing strategic business decisions.

  • Demonstrated experience within the travel industry, including airlines, cruise lines, or closely related sector
