Job description

Treasury Management - Integrated Receivables Implementation & Support Manager The Treasury Management - Integrated Receivables Implementation & Support Manager is responsible for the successful setup, activation, and ongoing support of commercial treasury solutions. The role directly supports clients, Sales partners, and technical contacts, focusing on Integrated Receivables products such as eBill Present & Pay (EBPP) and Print & Mail. The manager owns end‐to‐end onboarding activities, establishes milestones, tracks progress, and proactively resolves issues to ensure timely client go‐lives. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business and technical requirements, define scope, success criteria, milestones, and timelines. Identify risks, establish escalation paths, and manage TM onboarding and maintenance requests. Own implementation timelines from kickoff through client go‐live, ensuring compliance with controls, security standards, and internal policies. Troubleshoot file errors, mapping issues, transmission failures, and posting discrepancies. Obtain formal client acceptance and production sign‐off. Develop and manage consultative relationships with commercial clients, providing training and support on receivables portals, reporting tools, and workflows. Collaborate with key partners (TM Product, Vendors, Sales, Service, Technology) to resolve issues and deliver solution‐based recommendations. Provide proactive status updates and escalations to keep stakeholders informed of progress and risks. Support Treasury Management servicing needs post‐activation and manage transition to steady‐state service. Ensure compliance with bank policies and applicable regulations, escalating issues requiring senior management involvement. Create and monitor performance and implementation metrics, leveraging insights for process improvement. Partner with Sales, Product, Merchant Services, Technical Support, Relationship Managers, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery. Maintain up‐to‐date knowledge of treasury products, services, systems, and technologies relevant to Integrated Receivables. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. 5+ years Commercial Treasury Management banking background with experience driving complex implementations. 5+ years onboarding Commercial Treasury solutions, executing both technical and client‐facing components. 5+ years working knowledge of ACH, Lockbox transmissions and image files, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), and Merchant Services. 5+ years analytical skills with experience creating and monitoring performance and implementation metrics. Preferred Qualifications Exceptional collaboration skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities. Self‐starter with the ability to develop plans and hit delivery dates. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Alignment with Huntington's core values: Can‐Do Attitude, Service Heart, and Forward Thinking.
