Supports the Company's strategy related to new business development and client satisfaction by leading and coordinating activities, initiatives, and programs that promote the Company's growth and ensure client satisfaction and retention.

JOB DESCRIPTION

*This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to reside in the Southeast region, ideally within commuting distance of a corporate office. Regular travel throughout the Southeast may be required.

  • Supports the ongoing relationships with the Company's existing clients ensuring on-going communication with client representatives, requesting and reviewing client feedback regarding the Company's performance and service, addressing and resolving client complaints, concerns, issues, and requests, and responding quickly and with urgency to provide reports, updates, and other information of interest and need to clients.
  • Provides input into the establishment of annual business goals and objectives for the client services group.
  • Supports the Company's new business development strategy by monitoring and analyzing market information and trends for opportunities and potential threats, preparing detailed reports for senior management, and making recommendations on actions for securing the Company's business relationship with clients and/or the Company's market position.
  • Assists in the development and distribution of communication materials, brochures, promotional literature, and other collateral material to current and future clients to provide information about the Company, pro-actively announce future trends and direction, and promote the Company, its offerings, services and benefits.
  • Leads and/or participates in due diligence assignments, and may act as liaison with brokers for new fee management business opportunities.
  • Monitor client service and customer satisfaction by gathering client feedback through surveys and other tools, reviewing input and survey results, identifying themes and issues, and proposing innovative and cost-effective solutions.
  • Completes various human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Leads the development, production, and distribution of client-facing communication materials, including pitch and proposal presentations, RFP responses, case studies, brochures, promotional literature, and other collateral materials, ensuring content quality, message consistency, brand compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Coordinates the end-to-end development process for new business pursuit materials by defining deliverables, establishing production timelines, gathering input from operational leaders and subject matter experts, managing revisions, and ensuring final materials are completed in advance of client deadlines.
  • Translates market data, portfolio performance, operating results, and platform capabilities into compelling, client-specific content and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective and existing clients, brokers, investors, and other business partners.
  • Develops, maintains, and updates a library of reusable business development and client-service content, including templates, case studies, organizational information, team biographies, performance metrics, and other marketing and communication resources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficient deployment.
  • Supports the Company's growth strategy by developing market-facing communications and thought leadership materials, including client updates, event and webinar content, announcements, industry insights, and campaign materials that promote the Company's services, capabilities, and competitive advantages.
  • Partners with internal marketing, communications, design, and operational teams to ensure all client-facing materials align with Company branding, messaging standards, and strategic objectives, and coordinates external resources as necessary to support project delivery.
  • Establishes and continuously improves processes, standards, and workflows for proposal and collateral development, monitors effectiveness through client feedback and business development outcomes, and recommends enhancements to improve efficiency, quality, and win rates.
  • Monitors and analyzes market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments to support strategic positioning, messaging, and differentiation initiatives, and prepares reports and recommendations for senior management as appropriate.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) and willingness to role-model their use across the organization.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000


Additional Compensation:


Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

  • Corporate Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participateina quarterly or annual bonus program based onindividual and company performance.
  • Onsite Property Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participatein weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
