Their duties often include project management, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with various departments, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and successful integration.

What are some common challenges a client integration manager faces during the onboarding process?

The role:

The Data Centre Integration Manager will be responsible for managing theend‑to‑end integration of systems and workstreams on a large Data Centre project. Key responsibilities:
  • Lead integration management across all data centre systems and packages.
  • Develop and maintain Interface Management Plans (IMP) and dependency matrices.
  • Coordinate design, construction, and commissioning activities across all disciplines.

  • Oversee testing and commissioning phases, including Factory and Site Acceptance Testing (FAT / SAT) & Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
  • Identify and mitigate integration risks and clashes early in the delivery lifecycle.
  • Provide regular progress, risk, and readiness reporting to client and programme leadership.
  • Support documentation, training, and structured handover to operations.
  • Ensure compliance with project standards, quality requirements, and Norwegian regulations.
About you:

You will be an experienced professional with a background in data centre, nuclear, pharma or mission‑critical project delivery.

Experience:
  • Proven experience in data centre integration, technical delivery, or programme coordination
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical infrastructure, BMS / EPMS, IT, network and security systems.
  • Experience working with multi‑vendor and multi‑discipline project teams.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience on hyperscale or colocation data centre builds would be ideal, but not essential.
  • Familiarity with structured commissioning and readiness frameworks.
What we offer:
  • Opportunity to join a major new‑build data centre project in Norway.
  • Competitive salary & package.
  • Collaborative, professional, and delivery‑focused culture.
  • Future opportunities across MiCiM’s international project portfolio.
