PHONE & CLIENT INTAKE


โ€ข Answer incoming calls for 400+ client law firms, each using their firm's unique greeting and call protocol

โ€ข Conduct professional new client intake calls โ€” gathering caller information, matter type, and key details accurately and empathetically

โ€ข Screen, transfer, and route calls appropriately based on each firm's specific instructions

โ€ข Handle sensitive and emotionally charged calls with composure, discretion, and professionalism

โ€ข Take detailed, accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate attorney or staff

โ€ข Schedule client appointments and consultations on behalf of attorney clients

โ€ข Learn and maintain familiarity with each firm's practice areas, key personnel, and call preferences


ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT


โ€ข Greet and direct all visitors, clients, and vendors with warmth and professionalism

โ€ข Sort and distribute incoming mail; process outgoing mail and overnight shipments

โ€ข Schedule and manage conference room bookings; coordinate catering as requested

โ€ข Arrange messenger services and courier pickups

โ€ข Assist with document redaction and basic administrative tasks as needed

โ€ข Support team members across Amata's locations as needs arise
