The salary range for this position is $18 - $22 per hour plus bonus potential. Specific salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
Responsibilities
• Provide customer service to prospective client inquiries and make sure they feel seen and heard.
• Identify and track past‑due client accounts using the firm's billing and case‑management systems.
• Develop and implement A/P strategies tailored to individual clients and matter types
Qualifications

• Prior experience in managing accounts receivable and legal billing, and law‑firm or professional‑services experience required
