At Sepulveda Sanchez Law, we are relentless advocates for injury victims across California and New York. Founded by trial lawyer Gabriel Sepulveda-Sanchez, our firm has decades of litigation experience and a proven history of securing successful verdicts and settlements. We take on a wide range of personal injury cases, from catastrophic accidents to complex claims, and prepare every case as if it will go to trial. This trial-ready approach ensures that insurers and defendants take our clients seriously and that every case receives the full respect and attention it deserves.

What sets us apart is our commitment to clarity, compassion, and personal connection. We understand that clients come to us at some of the most vulnerable moments in their lives, and we meet them with straightforward guidance, individualized strategy, and unwavering support. Every client works directly with a skilled attorney and has a dedicated team fighting to maximize their recovery. Beyond the courtroom, we give back through community partnerships, including our work with the Triumph Foundation and outreach programs serving Latino youth and spinal cord injury survivors.

To continue delivering the highest standard of representation and client care, we are seeking a Sales Intake Manager to lead the first and most critical stage of our client journey. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every prospective client feels heard, informed, and supported from the very first call. By guiding individuals through intake with empathy and precision, the Sales Intake Manager will set the tone for our client relationships, help families in crisis find clarity, and ensure no opportunity to serve goes unrecognized.

What you’ll do:

  • Intake Lifecycle Management: Own the client-facing intake process from initial contact through signed representation, handling calls, texts, web forms, and scheduled consultations to ensure clear next steps, persistent follow-up, and successful conversion.
  • Lead Management and Case Screening: Handle screening and qualifying prospective clients against firm criteria, ensuring that case details are properly captured and transitioned to the legal team.
  • Value Proposition and Objection Handling: Confidently communicate the firm’s value proposition, address objections, and secure engagements that meet practice criteria, while coaching intake staff on scripts, bilingual communication, and empathetic tone.
  • Success Metrics: Maintain accountability for personal intake metrics such as response speed, contact rates, follow-ups, and signed cases, adjusting approach as needed to improve results.
  • Process Development and Improvement: Develop and maintain intake scripts, qualification checklists, and call frameworks aligned with personal injury standards including liability, damages, venue, and medical pathways, while ensuring conflict checks, insurance details, police reports, and medical information are captured and handed off accurately.
  • CRM and Pipeline Optimization: Ensure CRM hygiene, accurate source attribution, and pipeline integrity, recommending improvements based on trends observed in blogs, FAQs, and client results content.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with attorneys, pre-litigation teams, and marketing to absorb volume spikes during campaigns, align on case readiness, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience and Background: Minimum of 2 years in sales, business development, or intake roles, with proven success in inbound lead conversion and closing; prior exposure to personal injury or professional services industries is highly valued.
  • Sales and Conversion Skills: Demonstrated ability to convert inbound leads into signed clients through confident communication, objection handling, and consistent follow-up.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication that builds trust quickly and reflects the firm’s emphasis on clarity and transparency.
  • Bilingual Fluency: Strong proficiency in Spanish and English, enabling effective communication with a diverse client base.
  • Legal Intake Knowledge: Familiarity with personal injury intake criteria and the consultative steps needed to support a trial-ready approach is a plus, but not required.
  • Character and Culture Fit: High integrity, resilience, and adaptability with a growth mindset that aligns with a young, fast-moving office committed to hard work and genuine client care.

Why you should work here:

  • Meaningful Work: Be part of a practice dedicated to helping personal injury victims during vulnerable times, providing clarity, trust, and hope to clients and their families.
  • Dynamic Environment: Thrive in a young, energetic, and hard-working office culture that values resilience, authenticity, and continuous learning.
  • Community Commitment: Contribute to a firm that not only advocates for clients but also supports community initiatives, from spinal cord injury rehabilitation to youth outreach.
  • Growth Opportunity: Join a firm on an aggressive upward trajectory, with the chance to expand into management responsibilities as the intake function scales.

Benefits

  • Salary & Bonus, based upon experience and KPI achievement
  • Medical and dental insurance.
  • 401(k) with employer match (after one year).
  • 10 days of PTO in the first year, plus paid holidays and additional sick leave.

As Sales Intake Manager, you will help shape the first and most critical step of the client journey while growing alongside a dynamic and ambitious team. If you are driven by results, motivated by meaningful work, and ready to thrive in a high-growth environment, we want to hear from you.
