Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Medspa Coordinator to join our team in Wake Forest, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting both clients and staff to ensure a seamless and positive experience at our medspa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client intake forms and maintain accurate patient records.
