You will set the standards and ways of working that enable teams to move fast while keeping quality and controls high. We are seeking a strategic, execution-oriented leader to stand up and scale a centralized content authoring function within Chase Owned Channels. • Own content standards and governance - set editorial guidelines and establish decision rights, approval paths, and documentation to ensure consistency and control.
  • Drive AEM publishing excellence - partner with Product and Technology to define AEM authoring/publishing processes, templates/components, roles/permissions, and quality checks to enable scalable content delivery.

  • Experience working in or alongside a CMS-driven publishing model; hands-on familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities, drives work forward, and delivers results with minimal oversight.
