Senior Project Manager – Capital Projects Processing Equipment Installation and CommissioningOverview

This is a high-impact leadership role for a seasoned Project Manager who thrives in complex, fast-paced industrial environments. You will take ownership of large-scale, multi-phase capital projects—driving execution from concept through commissioning—while influencing strategy, client relationships, and internal performance.

You won’t just manage projects—you’ll shape outcomes, mentor talent, and play a key role in how projects are delivered across the organization.

  • End-to-End Project Leadership
  • Own full lifecycle execution of capital projects across engineering, design, procurement, construction, and startup phases.

  • At Least 8 years of experience managing complex industrial or engineering-driven projects
  • Demonstrated success leading large, multi-phase capital projects with minimal oversight
  • Strong client-facing experience with the ability to influence and build trust at multiple levels
  • Expertise in project controls, scheduling tools, and structured project delivery methodologies
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to ~30% depending on project needs
