With exemplary integrity and professionalism, acts as an integral part of the Workforce Solutions MidMarket Sales Team, Strategic Business Unit Team and Traditional Employment Service Team to accomplish the Insperity Mission and Vision. This role will take complete ownership of the project management of all applicable Business Performance Solutions (BPS) implementation projects, interfacing with the customer, Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Teams and Traditional Employment Service Teams for flawless execution. Actions taken will be customer-focused and based on the customer's BPS needs and choices, as determined during the consultative exchange between the customer and the Workforce Solutions, MidMarket team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Consults with customers regarding their current and future BPS needs, including payroll and reporting needs. Advises customers regarding selection of the most appropriate systems to implement and implementation strategies. Translates specified requirements to SBU and Traditional Employment Service Teams.

  • Strategizes with customer leadership on current processes and determines the vision and systems needed to develop executable, realistic and results-oriented service improvements.

  • Maintains outstanding customer service standards as owner of the customer experience during implementation by conducting regular quality checks during and after implementation to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Works as a liaison to build excellent relationships with internal service providers and ensures ongoing knowledge transfer to the Account Manager for customer support.

  • Recognizes potential Insperity BPS opportunities during the implementation process. Works with the Traditional Employment Account Manager and MidMarket Business Performance Consultant to address customer needs with appropriate Insperity solution(s) in a timely manner.

  • Leads cross-functional implementation project team. Manages and monitors multiple BPS implementation project efforts with customer, SBU Team and Traditional Employment Service Team members to ensure error-free payrolls during implementation.

  • Schedules and leads regular meetings with the customer and SBU and Traditional Employment Service Team members to ensure continuous communication exchange, appropriate oversight of implementation project milestone progression and use of internal/external resources. Confers with internal stakeholders on areas for improvement.

  • Completes BPS implementation projects as required.

  • Adheres to the project schedule, solves day-to-day data/customer issues with minimal supervision, and answers questions related to specific implementation project execution. Escalates complex issues to internal department or SBU leadership and follows through to resolution, ensuring appropriate communication to all impacted parties.

  • Trains customers on the self-service aspects of the BPS implemented, as needed.

  • Maintains general knowledge of all BPS SaaS system applications/BPS service processes and participates in systems testing as needed.

  • Consolidates and conveys to the appropriate parties a summary of lessons-learned at the conclusion of each implementation project.

  • Establishes project plan(s)/Gantt charts based on prioritized tasks, available resources, work schedules and implementation milestones.

  • Provides project management support to Workforce Optimization new client on-boardings as necessary.

  • Assists in the accomplishment of Insperity Company goals.

  • Helps other employees to accomplish Insperity Company goals.

  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.

  • Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required.

Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent project management/implementation work experience of 5-7 years.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR) preferred.

  • Knowledge and experience with SaaS implementation of Human Resource solutions, such as Payroll, HCM, Time and Attendance, Expense Management, Performance Management, as well as practices and procedures of Recruiting, Retirement, Financial and Insurance Services preferred.

  • Project management skills to plan and direct time, budget and resources to meet implementation timeline objectives. Ability to develop and leverage collaborative work relationships to accomplish implementation goals.

  • Comfortable with technology solutions such as Microsoft Office suite, with experience using a project management tool such as Microsoft Project.

  • Excellent communication skills in a customer-focused service environment are required. Communicates clearly and concisely, orally and in writing to ensure understanding of target audience; maintains collaborative and effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment.

  • Ability to communicate to a wide audience on the strategic and/or technical applications of BPS as applied to customer's business strategy and goals.

  • Critical analysis and quick decision-making skills are required in order to accurately identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities.
