Job description

About the Role
10Pearls is seeking a Client Growth Partner to help accelerate growth across both existing client relationships and new business opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of presales and customer success, and is responsible for identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, strengthening executive relationships, and helping turn client challenges into long-term partnerships.
This is a senior individual contributor role designed for someone who combines commercial instincts with strong technology and consulting credibility. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing business priorities with executives, shaping technology solutions with delivery teams, and contributing to proposals and go-to-market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Grow strategic client relationships by identifying expansion opportunities and strengthening executive-level partnerships.
  • Support revenue growth across existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and new initiative development.
  • Contribute to new logo acquisition efforts through discovery workshops, client engagement, solution shaping, and opportunity strategy.
  • Play a hands-on role in pre-sales activities including proposal development, scoping, pricing discussions, presentations, and solution positioning.
  • Partner with delivery leadership to ensure proposed solutions are executable, commercially viable, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Serve as a bridge between sales and delivery teams to improve opportunity conversion, delivery readiness, and customer outcomes.
  • Identify and remove friction points across client engagement, sales, and delivery processes to improve speed and effectiveness.
  • Engage directly with senior business and technology stakeholders to understand priorities and position 10Pearls capabilities accordingly.
  • Build and maintain a visible market presence through LinkedIn, industry events, professional networks, and thought leadership activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, develop client-facing content, and strengthen positioning across target industries and service lines.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives including market expansion, partnership development, and long-term account planning.
  • Contribute market intelligence, client feedback, and competitive insights to help shape growth strategy and investment priorities.
Qualifications
  • 7-15 years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, software engineering, product development, or enterprise technology services.
  • Experience operating in consulting, systems integration, digital engineering, or professional services environments is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to engage credibly with both executive stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of software delivery, digital transformation, cloud, data, AI, or enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to client growth, account expansion, business development, or solution consulting activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience supporting proposals, presentations, and executive discussions.
  • A consultative mindset with the ability to understand business challenges and translate them into practical technology solutions.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Existing thought leadership presence or willingness to build a market voice through professional channels and industry engagement is preferred.
