Job description
At Schwab, you’ll make an impact on your career while helping clients take ownership of their financial
futures. In a collaborative, inclusive environment, you’ll build meaningful relationships, grow your
skills, and contribute to a client-first culture that drives innovation.
As a Client Relationship Manager, you are a key branch leader responsible for delivering a consistent,

aligned to your strengths. Through ongoing development, mentorship, and exposure to both
client and operational excellence, you’ll have the flexibility to shape a career path that reflects
your skills, interests, and long-term goals.
• Competitive Compensation
In addition to base pay, this role offers bonus and incentive opportunities tied to
performance.
The expertise you bring:
• A valid and active FINRA Series 7 and 63 license required
• Currently hold or obtain the FINRA Series 9 and 10 license as it will be required during your
tenure on the job
• Relevant financial services or client-facing experience with 2+ years in a management or
supervisory role preferred
The skills you bring:

Ability to build and deepen trusted client relationships through proactive communication,
responsiveness, and a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality experiences
Demonstrated experience resolving client concerns with professionalism, sound judgment, and
a strong focus on outcomes
• Attention to Detail
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage workflows, ensure accuracy, and uphold
operational and regulatory standards
Ability to prioritize competing demands and execute with precision in a fast-paced
environment
• Communication
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt style to different
audiences and situations
Emotional intelligence to navigate complex client interactions, support team collaboration, and
foster a positive branch environment
• Managing Performance
Ability to coach, mentor, and support team members to drive performance and elevate client
service delivery
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build cross-enterprise partnerships and contribute
to shared branch success
