About the Role

The PM Manager leads a team of project managers who assist the Offprem delivery team in coordinating with the Client and completing all project deliverables on time and on budget. This role is a hybrid of client facing project work and team management. To be successful in this role, the PM Manager should have strong communication skills, a high level working knowledge of various components of the Salesforce ecosphere, experience with a variety of Project Management tools, and understanding of Offprem’s Project Methodology.

What You'll Do

Project Manager Team Leadership (20%):

  • Manage and mentor the Project Management team, including conducting weekly 1:1s and handling employee performance and development
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement for Project Managers
  • Ensure PMs follow Offprem’s project methodology and maintain high standards of delivery
  • Provide guidance on project planning, milestone development, task tracking, and client communication
  • Foster collaboration within the team and between Offprem and client project teams
  • Ensure effective use of project management tools (e.g., Asana)
  • Support PMs in delivering client-facing services with consistency and professionalism
  • Lead project kickoff calls to introduce stakeholders, explain methodology, confirm scope, and outline next steps
  • Facilitate weekly status calls and send comprehensive status reports, including completed tasks, next steps, and budget tracking (e.g., cumulative hours, marginal usage, hours remaining)
  • Document all meetings by taking notes and distributing them to clients and relevant Offprem team members
  • Ensure prompt responses to all client emails with acknowledgement of the question at hand and assign to appropriate project team member where appropriate
  • Works with Project Manager, Director to improve and standardize client delivery documentation, best practices and to document processes
  • Contribute to ongoing enhancements of project methodology and internal processes at Offprem
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively assess team and individual growth needs, deficiencies, and opportunities
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools, especially Asana
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and project management methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact and engage with stakeholders at varying levels in both internal and client-facing roles
  • PMP, PgMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications a plus
