Are you a seasoned Personal Insurance Broker with a passion for delivering white-glove service to High-Net-Worth clients? HUB International's Private Client Group is growing-and we're looking for a strategic, client-focused professional to join our Toronto office. You'll manage and grow a sophisticated VIP book of business, reporting directly to the Vice President, Private Client Group.

This is more than a book of business-it's an opportunity to deepen your expertise in complex personal insurance lines, gain leadership exposure, and work alongside an entrepreneurial team that values forward thinking and excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with a dedicated Account Associate and Assistant to retain and expand a portfolio of HNW clients
  • Conduct in-depth coverage reviews and identify risk gaps, cross-sell opportunities, and customized solutions
  • Drive new business development and meet growth targets
  • Serve as escalation point for complex client matters, ensuring premium issues are resolved swiftly
  • Develop and execute proactive account strategies and forecasts
  • Mentor team members and support their professional development
  • Build and nurture relationships in the PCG space, including Centers of Influence
  • Identify and recommend improvements to sales and service workflows
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences that reflect HUB's commitment to excellence

Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success

  • RIBO Licensed with a strong foundation in Personal Lines (minimum 5 years)
  • High Net Worth/Private Client Group/VIP experience is a strong asset
  • Skilled in EPIC or similar brokerage management systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Deep industry networks and proven ability to build influential partnerships
  • Exceptional client management, organizational, and communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong follow-through
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in the personal insurance landscape

The compensation for this position is a variable compensation structure, i.e., base salary plus commission. As such, the total compensation earned will vary depending on the successful candidate's book of business at a particular time. The expected base salary for this position is $80,000 to $100,000, plus commissions will be paid based on successful sales performance. The total compensation will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses for some positions.
