The Premier In-Home Tutoring Service, Grade Potential, is looking for a full time Client Enrollment Specialist. We are looking for someone that is extremely personable, friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic. They must have excellent communication skills and be persistent in order to service our clients and sell over the phone.

What you'll doOwn the first impression: Handle inbound calls from parents and students, answer their questions, and build real trust from the very first hello.Drive outbound outreach: Proactively follow up with interested families to keep momentum going and convert interest into enrollment.Manage the full sales cycle: From first contact to signed enrollment — you own the process with a consultative, solution-first approach.Onboard new clients seamlessly: Gather the info needed to match each student with their ideal tutor, then hand things off smoothly to our operations team.Hours, Compensation, & Benefits:
Year 1+ OTE: $45–55KBase salary: $31,200
Year 2+ OTE: $50–60K
Senior / leadership: $60K+

Schedule
