We are seeking an experienced Client Engagement Specialist to serve as a critical point of contact for our Potential New Clients (PNCs). In this role, you will listen to their stories, connect them to our firm’s value, and help them take the vital steps toward resolving their legal matters. This is an opportunity for a relationship-driven professional who thrives on structured follow-up, consultative selling, and delivering an exceptional onboarding experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable discussing delicate personal matters, mapping out engagement strategies, and seamlessly transitioning new clients to our legal team. If you are energized by closing the gap between a prospective client’s problem and our firm's solution, and you want to play a meaningful role in helping people through important life transitions, we would love to meet you. The Role This position is responsible for driving the firm's revenue and client acquisition by managing the entire intake and conversion process. Your mission is to actively follow up with PNCs, create strategic engagement plans, secure signed agreements, and ensure every new client experiences a warm, thorough onboarding process. Compensation Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per year Type: Full-time, hybrid (40 hours per week). Bonus: Monthly bonus opportunities tied to meeting KPIs established for the position. Qualifications: You may be our new Client Engagement Specialist if: Consultative sales experience is strictly required. You must be comfortable asking for the sale if there is a good fit and guiding prospects to a decision. You have a proven track record of converting leads into clients while maintaining a high level of empathy and professionalism. You are persistent (but polite) in your follow-up and do not let prospective clients slip through the cracks. You possess exceptional active listening skills and can navigate emotionally charged conversations with grace. You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple prospects at different stages of the intake pipeline. Prior experience in a law firm environment, particularly handling legal intake for family law or estate planning, is strongly preferred but not required if you possess a strong sales background. Compensation: $45,000 - $55.000 yearly
