Position Title: GTM Operations & Growth Enablement Associate
Reporting to: Director, Go To Market Operations
Location: Chapel Hill, NC; Newton, MA; New York, NY
Compensation: Associate, Go to Market Operations ($70,000-$75,000), depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive GTM Operations & Growth Enablement Associate reporting to the Director of GTM Operations, to support optimizing sales processes and driving revenue growth and act as a utility player to our growth team. Our GTM Operations team is responsible for building and maintaining the operational foundation that enables our growth team to run effectively and efficiently. This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual early in their career in the employer benefits space to work at the intersection of strategy, data analysis and business operations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to data-driven decisions and help refine processes that drive growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Pipeline Management & Analytics: Track and analyze sales pipeline data to ensure accurate forecasting and alignment with revenue goals. Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to sales leadership
  • CRM Optimization: Maintain and enhance the CRM system (Salesforce) to support sales activities, ensuring data accuracy and usability for the team
  • Proposal Management: Support Well's proposal process to upload first round responses, review RFP responses for reasonability, grammar, clarity and alignment with Well's brand voice. Maintain an organized library of standard responses and collaborate with teams to ensure content remains accurate and up-to-date
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with GTM Operations and growth team leads to organize and support effective prospecting and client engagement
    • Equips Growth team members with training support and playbooks to effectively deliver pitch decks, objection handling, demos and product messaging
    • Defines and documents the repeatable motions across the sales cycle - discovery frameworks, demo flows, qualification criteria, and handoff protocols from Sales to CS
    • New hire onboarding support-provide support for growth team hires, build onboarding documents, and provide support to new team members
  • Data Analysis: Generate reports and insights from sales activities to highlight key trends and identify areas for improvement
  • Research: Conduct thorough and reliable research, with support of approved AI tools, to support business initiatives and inform decision-making
  • Project Management: Manage timelines and deliverables for go-to-market projects. Organize workflows, prioritize tasks, and ensure projects are executed efficiently. Provide administrative and operational support to the GTM team to enable the seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner with internal stakeholders to align on objectives and outcomes. Clearly communicate findings, updates, and feedback to ensure consistency and alignment across teams
  • Consultant Relations support: Support the logistics for consultant-facing events, including venue sourcing, catering, invitations, and RSVP tracking for dinners, lunch-and-learns, and regional meetings. Coordinate the production and shipment of materials, presentations, and promotional items for Consultant Relations events

Requirements
  • 1-3 years experience in the employer benefits industry
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and communicate findings effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams
  • Ability to leverage data and insights to influence decisions and drive impactful outcomes
