  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the real estate, mortgage, and legal sectors to drive market growth and expand Centurionโ€™s client base.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, attorneys, builders, and other key industry partners through consistent communication and exceptional service.
  • Build meaningful connections with current and prospective clients through lunches, coffee meetings, office visits, networking events, educational presentations, and other strategic outreach initiatives.
  • Promote Centurionโ€™s title and escrow services through regular outreach, meetings, events, presentations, and personalized business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and outstanding service delivery for clients from start to finish.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales activities, and provide regular updates on pipeline progress, business development efforts, and overall performance.
  • Attend networking events, industry conferences, association meetings, and community functions to strengthen relationships, increase brand awareness, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between clients and internal operations teams to proactively resolve issues, communicate effectively, and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals established by leadership while contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.
Requirements:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales objectives.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelorโ€™s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Physical Demands:

  • This role offers the opportunity to meet with clients, attend networking events, and engage with industry professionals throughout the Indianapolis market. Regular travel between the Carmel, Fishers, and Indy West offices is expected.
