The Role
We're looking for a high-performing sales leader to drive sponsorship revenue across Fever's global portfolio of live experiences. In this role you will identify, develop, and close partnerships with leading brands and agencies, selling integrated sponsorship programs across our rapidly growing slate of Fever Originals, touring exhibitions, immersive experiences, concerts, and official partnerships. Acting as a trusted commercial advisor, you'll create bespoke programs that help brands connect with millions of consumers through premium live experiences.
This is an opportunity for a highly entrepreneurial seller who thrives on building relationships, opening new doors, and consistently closing high-value partnerships in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You'll Do
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective brand partners across key categories, consistently exceeding sponsorship revenue targets.
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new sponsorship opportunities by selling Fever's portfolio of live experiences, including Fever Originals, touring exhibitions, concerts, immersive experiences, and official partnerships.
  • Develop bespoke sponsorship proposals by collaborating with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Content, Media, and Operations to create compelling commercial solutions for clients.
  • Lead the full sales cycle-from outreach and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, contracting, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with brand marketers, media agencies, sponsorship agencies, and procurement teams to drive long-term partnership opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and sponsorship agreements while ensuring alignment with internal business objectives.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking within Salesforce and provide regular updates on business performance.
  • Partner with Account Management and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition following deal execution.
Who You Are
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, media sales, or experiential marketing, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • You have an established network of brand marketers, agency partners, and senior decision-makers across multiple industry verticals.
  • You are a natural business developer with exceptional prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills, and are comfortable leading complex, six- and seven-figure sales conversations.
  • You are an outstanding communicator and presenter, capable of delivering compelling pitches to C-suite executives and senior marketing leaders.
  • You thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and are highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
  • You combine creative thinking with commercial acumen to develop partnership solutions that deliver value for both clients and Fever.
  • You are highly proficient in creating polished presentations, proposals, and sales materials that help win new business.
