What will you be doing?

This Director role is responsible for leading the delivery of actionable client insights that address day-to-day business needs and support long-term client growth. The role partners closely with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical approaches and identify opportunities for ad hoc project work in collaboration with solution partners. In addition to managing and contributing to end-to-end insight delivery, this individual will support the team on complex analyses and help drive best practices across measurement, storytelling, and client engagement. The position also represents the Client Insights team internally and externally, contributing to product discussions and helping develop tailored reporting solutions, including Unify+, for key clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts.
  • Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: Leverage Circana’s proprietary platforms (e.g., Unify+, Liquid Data) to support client engagements and solution delivery.
  • Advanced Analytic Skills: Demonstrated ability to conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses, with a focus on consumer solutions, providing clients with clear, actionable insights to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Service, Product, and Analytics) to deliver integrated client support solutions and ensure client success.
