  • Maintain strong client relationships through transparency, responsiveness, and proactive communication, ensuring timely project closeout with complete documentation, financial reconciliation, and client acceptance.

  • Experience managing capital, facilities, infrastructure, utilities, manufacturing support, compliance, safety, remediation, or operational projects.

  • Strong understanding of project management processes, including scope development, schedule management, cost tracking, procurement support, risk management, change control, reporting, and closeout.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

  • Proven leadership, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, lead teams, escalate issues, and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, GMP, FDA-regulated, life sciences, or manufacturing environments.

  • Experience supporting site-based project delivery services for a large corporate, regulated manufacturing, or life sciences client.

  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, vendors, consultants, engineering, facilities, operations, procurement, finance, EHS, quality, and C&Q resources.
