Job description

The Role:
The Account Executive will report to the Director of Sales and will serve and grow a portfolio of cause-minded clients by championing Omatic's suite of products and services. You will be responsible for building and cultivating a healthy pipeline of opportunities, forecasting results and meeting/exceeding sales targets
What You'll Do:
  • Meet and/or exceed Omatic's monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain monthly sales forecast and accurately communicate progress to management
  • Build and maintain healthy pipeline coverage for sales quota targets
  • Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns for lead generation
  • Develop new client relationships within a defined market
  • Consult with customers on needs analysis and business objectives
  • Develop innovative proposals and deliver strategic sales presentations
  • Negotiate proposals and contracts through procurement cycles in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM and other tech stack tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
  • Deliver actionable, insightful recommendations to customers for Omatic's products or services
  • Identify potential enhancements in products and services that positively impact our customers
  • Assist in resolving sales and/or delivery issues
What You Will Bring to Omatic:
  • Experience with Nonprofit technology (Virtuous, Salesforce, Blackbaud, Wealth Engine) product suite preferred, particularly in a sales capacity
  • 1-2 years' Sales Executive experience successfully managing a sales territory
  • 1-2 years' SDR/BDR experience successfully achieving targets
  • Familiarity with the non-profit sector, including fundraising and development, financial management, multi-channel marketing and non-profit management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts, client needs assessments and business cases both internally and externally
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize, manage and execute an annual sales plan
  • Superior time management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects at the same time
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Bachelor's Degree required
