Responsibilities:
  • Sell consulting services for D365 Sales, Service and Marketing/CIJ as well as the Power Platform solutions to new enterprise clients with the US
  • Take ownership to grow assigned territory and achieve revenue targets by utilizing multiple channels, including business development, lead generation/prospecting, responding to inbound inquiries, networking with Microsoft sellers and cold outreach campaigns
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification, qualification, discovery, proposals, contract negotiations through deal closure to ensure successful client delivery
  • Deal shaping with the assistance of technical and functional experts as needed
  • Build nurturing relationships with Cโ€‘suite contacts and conduct sales presentations to all levels within enterprise organizations
  • Foster and nurture relationships within the Microsoft channel and broader ecosystem
  • Develop a sales plan for targeting and achieving new business revenue
  • Help refine our sales processes and mentor new sellers as they onboard
  • Attend Microsoft conferences, trade shows, and other events to better understand the digital market and โ€œwhatโ€™s comingโ€
  • Track sales progress and opportunities in D365CRM
  • Travel up to 30% nationally
Requirements:
  • Prior sales experience working in the Microsoft partner channel with an established network within Microsoft
  • 3+ years of experience selling technology consulting services and complex solutions into enterprise organizations
  • Successful deal closes ranging from $200K - $1M+
  • Proven success landing new logos, prospecting, account planning and achieving revenue targets
  • Success as a Trusted Advisor by nurturing client relationships
  • Experience working on proposals, SOWS and oral presentations
  • Strong communication, presentation and networking skills
  • Collaborative and teamwork mentality working with internal Consulting & Development teams towards common goals
