Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers with day-to-day client service and policy administration.

• Assist with processing policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and other account-related tasks.

• Handle client inquiries regarding billing, payments, and claims, providing timely assistance or directing issues to the appropriate team member.

• Coordinate with insurance carriers to resolve billing discrepancies, claims updates, and policy service requests.

• Greet clients and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and office traffic, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or team member.

• Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is properly filed within the agency management system.

• Assist in maintaining efficient office workflows and contribute to a positive customer service experience.


Requirements


  • 1+ years of demonstrated success in overall customer service and/or sales
  • Insurance experience is not required, but must be willing to learn
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
