We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Development Associate to support the full client lifecycle from onboarding new clients to managing renewals and identifying growth opportunities.
This role combines relationship management, operational coordination, and commercial awareness. You will play a key part in ensuring clients experience a smooth onboarding process, remain engaged throughout the service cycle, and are well-supported at renewal.
This is a KPI-driven role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable to change, and is confident communicating with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Full industry training will be provided.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding and Engagement

  • Proactively contact new and existing clients via outbound calls, email, and virtual meetings
  • Build strong early-stage relationships and create a positive first impression
  • Clearly explain onboarding steps, required documentation, and service processes
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient transition to internal delivery teams

Documentation and Process Management

  • Gather, track, and verify all required client documentation (e.g., leases, accounts, rent details, operational data)
  • Ensure information is complete and accurate before handover
  • Maintain high-quality record-keeping and update CRM systems in real time
  • Monitor progress to minimise onboarding delays Ongoing Client Management s Renewals
  • Maintain regular contact with clients throughout the service cycle
  • Track contract timelines and support renewal conversations
  • Reinforce the value delivered and address questions or concerns
  • Support retention by ensuring clients understand outcomes and next steps
  • Identify re-engagement opportunities where appropriate

Revenue Growth and Service Expansion

  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional services, including:
  • Lease Consultancy
  • Contract Renewal Services
  • Additional Property Reviews
  • Position services in a consultative, client-centric manner
  • Collaborate with senior team members to convert growth opportunities

Education and Experience:

  • Strong communication skills (phone, email, virtual meetings)
