Job description

Project & Logistics Coordinator / Delivery Driver

Location: On-site | Full-Time
Salary: Commensurate with Experience

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project & Logistics Coordinator / Delivery Driver. In this dual-role position, you’ll play a key part in managing inventory logistics while ensuring timely and professional deliveries to our clients.

Note: Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a background check & drug screen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and count daily shipments (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.)
  • Log and track incoming and outgoing inventory with accuracy
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Deliver products to client locations on schedule and professionally
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
  • Keep the warehouse and inventory areas clean and organized
  • Communicate with clients during deliveries to ensure quality service
  • Support general warehouse duties and assist with cleaning when needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in delivery driving, inventory coordination, or customer service is preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Professional appearance, communication skills, and demeanor
  • Capable of working independently and staying on schedule
