Over the years, we’ve demonstrated a strong track record of performance for technology manufacturers, global Fortune 500, financial institutions, and data center providers. Due to recent growth, we are hiring a Director, Client Solutions and Delivery for our headquarters in Atlanta. 

The Director, Client Solutions and Delivery will work closely with our SVP, Programmatic Takeback and lead the design, implementation and ongoing management of buyback programs for OEMs, VARs and MSPs.This individual will lead program implementations and project management, including deliverables, timelines and success metrics while building trusted client relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with clients and engineering colleagues and partners to adapt or design new solutions that align with client objectives, balancing standardization with client needs and ensuring the operational and financial viability of service blueprints. 
  • Develop and execute effective implementation tactics for clients, ensuring seamless project management, clear deliverables, and measurable success criteria. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across Customer Services (buyback execution), Engineering and Operations teams to resolve technical and operational challenges, ensuring client and customer satisfaction. 
  • Support sales efforts, vetting and communicating the strategic, technical and economic needs of new projects and partnerships. 
  • Help build communications and support relationship development for clients and strategic partners. 
  • Provide strategic input into product development based on client needs and market trends. 
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client outcomes. 
  • Work closely with the leadership team to ensure implementations and ongoing operations are aligned with overall company goals and objectives. 
  • Design and implement training programs to support program growth, operational excellence, and client engagement. 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field. 
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership and experience in client success, operations, and/or delivery, preferably with at least 5 years in the circular electronics industry. 
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and business growth in a fast-paced, competitive environment. 
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills with a focus on operational excellence. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and influence productive relationships across diverse stakeholders. 
  • Experience managing budgets, financial forecasts, and KPI-driven reporting.
