Technical Delivery Manager

Ciridae

New York, NY • On-site

Full-time

Job description

This is the PM who makes FDEs 10x more effective. You are part product manager and part engagement leader. When Ciridae ships an AI operating system in weeks, it's because someone is partnering with the engineering team to keep priorities and requirements clear, the client aligned, and the project moving - without touching a line of code. That's this role. You are the connective tissue between world-class engineers and enterprise clients who need to understand what they're building and why it's working. When a PE sponsor asks what the last three months were worth, you have the answer.
What you own. The implementation, from kick-off to close. Milestones, stakeholder relationships, SteerCo agendas, change management, and the business case that translates delivery into language a CFO or investor can use. You're running the client check-in in the morning, synthesizing engineering output into an executive brief by noon, and building the value measurement framework before the week ends. As the practice scales, you build the processes and playbooks that make the next engagement faster than this one.
What you bring. 2+ years running complex, multi-workstream projects - in consulting, operations, or technical implementation. A track record of keeping things on time without being the one doing the technical work. Real credibility in client-facing settings, up to the C-suite. Specific, practiced AI tool usage - not "I use ChatGPT sometimes," but a genuine workflow built around AI that improves the quality of your output. Genuine curiosity about how software gets built and the drive to climb a steep technical learning curve fast.
Level. Role will be calibrated to experience. Indicatively, 2-3 years leads individual engagements with support. 3-5+ years owns multiple active implementations and takes a leadership role in building the delivery practice.
