  • Monitor and improve the quality of client, channel, intermediary, and product-level data used across sales and analytics platforms.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to data governance standards, business processes, vendor relationships, data dependencies, recurring deliverables, and operational procedures.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities related to data management, reporting automation, and platform integration.
  • Support ongoing data initiatives and strategic projects designed to enhance the firm's client intelligence and reporting capabilities.

Minimum Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in data governance, master data management, CRM administration, sales operations, business intelligence, or related functions.
  • Strong understanding of client, intermediary, advisor, consultant, and organizational data structures within asset management or financial services.
  • Experience managing and validating complex data feeds and reporting processes from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Demonstrated experience working with CRM and data management platforms, including Salesforce and MDM solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data quality management skills.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating with third-party data providers.
  • Ability to document business processes, operational procedures, and data governance standards.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates inclusive behaviors in support of a culture that values diverse perspectives.
  • Agrees to comply with the firm's hybrid work policy ("work from home policy," as aligned with the Company's employee handbook), which currently requires reporting to the Company's New York City office four (4) days per week, with one (1) remote workday permitted.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Asset management industry experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Master Data Management (MDM) platforms, and business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with intermediary distribution data, mutual fund trade data, market intelligence, and competitive positioning datasets.
  • Experience working with Broadridge, SS&C, SEI, or comparable financial services data providers.
