What does a client customer manager do?

A Client Customer Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with a company’s clients to ensure their needs are met and they remain satisfied with the services or products provided. Their duties typically include acting as the main point of contact for clients, resolving issues, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying opportunities to upsell or improve service.
