What You’ll Do:

  • Support the sales and operations team by coordinating customer appointments and ensuring up-to-date sales materials are available.
  • Manage inbound communications: respond to urgent calls, emails, and messages, and assist customers when sales reps are unavailable.
  • Process and review orders for accuracy (pricing, discounts, product numbers) and coordinate timely delivery.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences from sales through to delivery.
  • Maintain our CRM system for accuracy.
  • Help promote our products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Ensure all activities follow company policies, procedures, and regulations.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support or administrative roles.
  • Strong background in customer service.
  • Experience with phone and email communication in a professional setting.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as part of day-to-day duties.
  • Proficiency with computers and office software.
  • Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Friendly and professional communication style with a positive attitude
  • Clean Criminal Record
  • Canadian resident elligible to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar experience in  a similar role is asset
  • High School Diploma with additional Post Secondary
