Job description

ETHIC – Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, and Compassion – steadfastly characterizes our mission to continually enrich the daily lives of residents. We practice these principles with every task and interaction, from personal caregiver assistance to mowing the grass. At Touchmark, we say: I AM AN ALLY • I AM A FRIEND • I AM A GIVER Home Care Administrative Assistant — Touchmark No two days look the same in this role, and that's exactly the point. One minute you're cross-checking caregiver hours before payroll runs, the next you're stepping in as a caregiver yourself because a visit needs covering and a resident is counting on it. You're the person who keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes and the friendly face residents and families see when they walk through the door — someone who can juggle insurance paperwork, billing, and a ringing phone without missing a beat, and who genuinely enjoys the chaos of a fast-paced, people-first environment. Salary range: $23.50 - 27.50 per hour depending on experience This is a full-time, 40/hour week position, benefit eligible What you'll do: • Onboard and train new hires • Keep care notes and service plans accurate and up to date • Coordinate with our scheduler and Home Care Administrator on day-to-day operations • Manage insurance communication and billing coordination • Assist with new resident inquiries from first conversation through to becoming a client • Assist with resident assessments • Field questions from resident families with patience and discretion • Step in to cover caregiving duties when schedules need it • Serve as a first responder to emergencies and contribute to the on-call bench • Handle general administrative support, scheduling review, and record keeping • General administrative duties, fielding phone calls, responding to team members What you'll bring: a high school diploma (some college preferred), two years of home health or adminstrative office experience or equivalent, caregiving experience preferred, strong typing and Excel skills, and the discretion to handle sensitive information with care. Benefits: Touchmark is dedicated to providing the best for our residents, and it all begins with providing the best for our employees. That’s why we offer a competitive compensation and benefits package to our team members who work 30+ hours per week which includes: • Paid time off (including holidays) • Health, dental, and vision insurance plans for employees and eligible dependents • Education assistance • Bonus and retirement plans • Health care, dependent care, and commuter Flexible Spending Accounts • On-Demand Pay allows you to access pay as you earn it • Employee Assistance Program • Supplemental insurance options We are looking to hire individuals whose values align with ours and who believe in doing everything they can to lead by example in safety, compassion, and empathy. If that sounds like you, we encourage you to apply. Check us out at www.Touchmark.com. We’re growing. Are you?
