Job description

We are seeking motivated individuals interested in building a career in insurance and financial services. This is a commission-based position offering training, mentorship, and support for individuals who are licensed or willing to obtain a Life & Health insurance license.
This role involves meeting with clients virtually to review insurance options and assist with applications.
Compensation-
Pay: $50,920.91 - $121,324.11 per year
Work Location: Remote
Commission-based compensation Weekly pay Performance-based bonuses may be available
Compensation varies based on individual effort, production, and performance. This position does not offer a base salary.
Responsibilities-
Contact prospective clients who have requested information Conduct virtual appointments via Zoom or phone Present insurance product options based on client needs Assist clients with completing applications Participate in training and team meetings
Qualifications-
Must be 18 years or older U.S. resident with authorization to work Ability to obtain a Life & Health insurance license (required prior to selling) Strong communication skills Self-motivated and professional Reliable internet connection and computer
