LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for an Investment Associate, for a permanent position, on the Southside of Richmond, Virginia, working in the office.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and detail-oriented Client Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will support financial advisors, enhance the client experience, and help ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment and is motivated by helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt, accurate, and professional support
  • Coordinate account onboarding, documentation, and maintenance activities
  • Assist with preparation of client meeting materials, reports, and presentations
  • Manage client account transactions, money movement requests, and general service needs
  • Maintain organized client files and ensure data accuracy across systems
  • Support advisors with administrative tasks and operational follow-through
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and consistent client service experience
  • Monitor deadlines, compliance requirements, and workflow processes to support exceptional client care
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in financial services, wealth management, or client service highly valued
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and client empathy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or wealth management platforms a plus
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • FINRA Series 7 and/or 66 licenses are a plus (or willingness to obtain)
