  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
  • Proactive in identifying client needs, resolving issues, and following through on commitments.
  • A clear and professional communicator who can build credibility with clients, carriers, Producers, and colleagues.
  • Resourceful and solutions-oriented when navigating complex account servicing needs.
  • Collaborative and supportive of team goals while remaining accountable for individual responsibilities.
  • Committed to continuous learning and staying informed on insurance industry trends, carrier updates, and regulatory requirements.
What You Bring Day One:
  • 5+ years of insurance industry experience, preferably in Commercial Lines account management or client service.
  • Active Virginia Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance servicing processes, renewals, endorsements, certificates, billing, audits, and carrier workflows.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business technology platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, priorities, and client requests.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with clients, Producers, carrier representatives, and internal team members.

  • Experience managing a commercial lines book of business with varying account sizes and industries.
