Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit is growing! A leading and well-established law firm based in Illinois, is seeking a Client Representative for our Indianapolis, IN location. As a Client Representative, you'll be at the heart of our operations, working with homeowners, property managers, and attorneys to facilitate payments, manage collections, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding accounts. From preparing demand letters to managing cases, youโ€™ll use your project management skills to juggle multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while keeping our clientsโ€™ needs front and center. The starting hourly rate for this role is $27.47, contingent upon level of legal experience. KSN offers a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, basic life/AD & D coverage, voluntary life insurance, critical illness, accident, hospital, and a retirement plan for eligible employees. The business hours for this non-exempt, in-office position are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday- Friday, and it follows a 35-hour workweek.

Duties/Responsibilities:

ยท Prepare demand letters, notices, and documentation.

ยท Communicate with attorneys, homeowners, board members, property managers, and other parties.

ยท Respond and resolve requests/issues reported by clients and/or third parties.

ยท Provide customer service to clients and management companies.

ยท Docket appropriate dates and details with timely follow up.

ยท Maintain clear and organized notes detailing daily activity on accounts in firm database.

ยท Enter billing for services and expenses incurred.

ยท Process payments received from debtors and third parties.

ยท E-file court documents.

ยท Assist attorneys with preparing files for court hearings.

ยท Complete mail service for lawsuits.

ยท Other duties as assigned.
