Job description

Foxworthy Wealth Advisors — Fort Wayne, Indiana

Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Status: Part-Time

Pay Range: $16–$20/hour, depending on experience

Who We Are

At Foxworthy Wealth Advisors, we believe financial planning is most meaningful when it’s personal. We help individuals and families design a work‐optional life through thoughtful guidance, disciplined processes, and a client experience rooted in clarity, trust, and genuine partnership. Every interaction matters — and the way we welcome clients into our space is an extension of the care we bring to their financial lives.

The Role

The Client Relations Associate is the face of our office and the heartbeat of our daily operations. This role blends hospitality, organization, and light administrative support to ensure clients feel valued from the moment they walk through the door. You’ll help maintain a warm, professional environment, support advisors with essential service tasks, and contribute to the smooth functioning of our office.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in creating order, and thrives in a calm, professional setting.

What You’ll Do

Client Experience & Front Desk Hospitality

  • Greet clients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
  • Manage check‐in, offer refreshments, and ensure a comfortable experience throughout their visit.
  • Answer and route phone calls; assist with general inquiries.
  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area that reflects our firm’s standards.

Office Upkeep & Meeting Support

  • Perform light office cleaning, including wiping down and resetting the conference room after meetings.
  • Prepare meeting spaces with materials, seating, and refreshments.
  • Monitor office supplies and assist with restocking.

Administrative & Scheduling Support

  • Manage scheduling for client appointments and internal meetings.
  • Prepare basic meeting packets and materials for advisors.
  • Scan documents, maintain organized digital files, and complete compliance logs.
  • Assist with basic client service paperwork (address updates, beneficiary forms, simple custodian requests).

Operational Support & Team Collaboration

  • Participate in event planning, including logistics, invitations, and day‐of coordination.
  • Support CRM database management by updating client records, logging interactions, and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Work closely with the Client Service team and advisors to ensure smooth workflows and consistent client service.

What You Bring

Required

  • A warm, professional presence and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Comfort with basic administrative tasks and office technology.
  • Reliability and consistency in attendance (Tues–Thurs schedule).
  • Ability to manage multiple small tasks with care and follow‐through.

Preferred

  • Experience in a professional office or client‐service environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn.
  • Interest in financial services or professional client environments.

Who Thrives Here

You enjoy making people feel welcome. You’re steady, dependable, and take pride in creating a polished, organized environment. You notice the small things — a smudge on the conference table, a missing pen in a meeting packet, a client who needs an extra moment of help. You’re a team player who communicates clearly and brings a positive, solutions‐oriented mindset to each day.

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: $16–$20/hour, based on experience.
  • Benefits: This part‐time role does not include benefits.
