You will be the first-person to interact with people at the assigned Client site. This position is unarmed security services contract.

  • Provide consistent, responsive, secure, and efficient health screening at a designated entry point.
  • Screen patients, staff, guests, vendors, contractors, and volunteers who wish to gain physical access to the facility. Responsible for denying access to individuals that do not meet the requirements outlined by the client.
  • Assist patients that need assistance getting in and out of their vehicles as well as assist with removal of wheelchairs, walkers, carts and/or personal medical equipment from vehicles.
  • Will also be responsible for assisting individuals with directions or basic facility questions.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must have at least one year of security or customer service experience
  • Shows mature judgment, reliability, dependability, tactfulness, and self-control
  • Ability to retain composure and perform under pressure and to know when to call for assistance
  • Ability to meet and deal effectively with the public
  • Ability to give instructions clearly and concisely, firmly but diplomatically
  • Ability to construct and write clear, concise, accurate and detailed reports
  • Ability to see and respond to dangerous situations
  • Ability to wear and use all protective equipment
