• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions via secure video conferencing, tailoring treatment strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Assist clients in articulating their emotions, personal challenges, and past experiences, fostering a safe space for self-exploration and healing.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based methods and integrating solutions that align with each client's goals.
• Advocate for clients' needs and navigate potential barriers to care, ensuring they receive appropriate resources and support.
• Maintain comprehensive records of sessions in compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations while focusing on optimal client outcomes.

Your clients consist of stable adults exhibiting low acuity mental health issues; there are no severe mental health cases in this practice. Each client is pre-screened to ensure that they match your therapeutic strengths and specialization. We facilitate a seamless client-counselor match process, allowing you to work with populations that align with your expertise and preferences.

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marital and Family Therapy, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is a prerequisite.
• Possess a full independent license to practice in your respective state, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• No limited or provisional licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to make informed professional evaluations and treatment decisions.
• Exemplify exceptional interpersonal skills, showcasing empathy and understanding in all client interactions.
• Proficiency in computer usage is necessary to navigate our digital platforms effectively.

• Experience working with diverse demographic groups and in various therapeutic settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and remote counseling techniques will be an asset.
