Job description

Occupational Medicine Client Support Specialist (MUST reside in or near Columbia, Greenville, or Charleston, South Carolina)
The Occupational Medicine Client Support Specialist is a key member of our staff supporting our Business Development Team in building and fostering client relations. Timely responsiveness, over communication, and establishing clear and concise client protocols, are a few of the main responsibilities of this position in meeting our goal of providing the best experience possible for our patients and clients. This position requires an individual with exceptional customer service skills, someone who has a disciplined work ethic, and an energetic team player.
This position reports to the Director of Occupational Services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build and foster professional relationships with clients in target markets
  • Act as the liaison between the Client, Business Dev. Rep., and the Clinical Staff
  • Establish clear and concise client protocols for all staff that will interact with the patient
  • Assist with client account management, i.e., personnel changes, protocol change requests, etc.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through responsiveness to client needs and service concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities including calls, appt., and f/u activity, etc. using our CRM tools
  • Monitor client activity for understanding visit trends
  • Proactive outreach for client maintenance
  • Support the overall growth plans and goals for our Occupational Medicine program
  • Other duties as necessary
