COMPENSATION: $60,000 - $70,000 base salary + discretionary bonus + benefits

Our client is an Independent financial advisor based in Park City, UT is seeking a highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant to serve as a true right-hand partner. This individual will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations, client service, and business organization as the firm enters its next phase of growth.
The advisor has built a successful, relationship-driven practice and is looking for someone who complements his strengths, bringing structure, follow-through, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
โข Serve as the primary administrative and operational support to the advisor
โข Manage calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination with clients and prospects
โข Prepare for client meetings (agendas, materials, follow-ups, task tracking)
โข Handle client service needs including account maintenance, paperwork, and general inquiries
โข Coordinate and track workflows to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
โข Assist with seminar and marketing logistics (mailers, event coordination, follow-up tracking)
โข Organize and maintain CRM and client data; ensure clean, consistent records
โข Identify inefficiencies and implement improved systems and processes
โข Support general business operations and act as a "catch-all" for day-to-day needs
โข Provide light sales support by helping manage outreach follow-ups and client touchpoint
Qualifications:
โข 3-8+ years of administrative, operations, or client service experience (financial services a plus, not required)
โข Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
โข Ability to take initiative and work independently in a remote environment
โข Strong communication skills; professional and client-friendly demeanor
โข Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (CRM, scheduling tools, basic financial platforms)
โข Process-oriented mindset with a desire to build and improve workflows
โข Able to balance multiple priorities and comfortable holding the advisor accountable to commitments, timelines and follow-through
โข Finds genuine satisfaction in closing loops, maintaining clean systems, and bringing order to ambiguity
