Job description

As an Account Manager & Inside Sales Specialist, you are the heartbeat of our sales department. This is not just a support role; you are a brand ambassador responsible for ensuring that every client interaction is seamless, every order is perfect, and every relationship flourishes. You will manage the post-sale lifecycle, ensuring long-term retention and identifying opportunities to expand our impact within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Success & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for mid-tier accounts, building trust through proactive communication and impeccable service.
  • Conduct regular "health checks" with clients to identify potential pain points and provide solutions before they escalate.
  • Identify organic growth opportunities by educating existing clients on new eco-friendly product lines.

2. Precision Order Management

  • Own the end-to-end order process, from entry to delivery, ensuring 100% accuracy.
  • Liaise closely with the logistics and warehouse teams to provide clients with real-time updates on shipping schedules and inventory availability.

3. Sales Operations & Enablement

  • Support the Field Sales team by generating professional quotes, preparing pitch presentations, and managing samples.
  • Act as the "CRM Champion," maintaining high-quality data in Salesforce/HubSpot to ensure accurate sales forecasting.

4. Inbound Growth & Qualification

  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries; vetting potential leads to determine their fit for Harvest Pack’s sustainable product line.
  • Seamlessly transition qualified leads to the appropriate Account Executive/Closer.

5. Cross-Functional Problem Solving

  • Collaborate with Production and Accounting to resolve billing discrepancies or quality claims with speed and empathy.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B customer service, internal sales, or account management (experience in packaging or food service is a major plus).
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce or HubSpot) and ERP systems.
  • The "Double-Check" Mindset: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage high-volume emails and tasks without letting anything "fall through the cracks."
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex logistics or product specs clearly.
  • Mission-Driven: A genuine interest in sustainability and helping businesses transition to eco-friendly packaging.
