A Client Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and acting as the main point of contact between the client and the company. They oversee client accounts, address concerns or issues, and work to deliver solutions that satisfy both the client and the business. Their role often includes coordinating with internal teams, tracking the progress of projects, and identifying opportunities for upselling or improving client satisfaction.
